This sessionable Pale Ale was kettle soured with Lactobacillus providing it with a palatable tartness. Afterwords it was boiled like normal with the addition of Calypso and Citra hops as well as a healthy amount of Lemongrass. Post boil it was fermented with the Belgian Yeast strain "Forbidden Fruit."
Malts: Golden Promise, Torrified Wheat, Naked Oats and Special Roast
